Printed shell scheme panels

Using shell scheme graphic panels are a popular and easy to use method for branding an exhibition stand within a shell scheme space. Shell scheme panels are cost effective and lightweight, making them the ideal long lasting display for use time and time again.

Most exhibition organisers provide you with a walling system around your exhibition stand, built using aluminium posts and panels. The space between these posts is where a shell scheme graphic will be fixed. They will provide you with specifications for graphics, including how they should be attached to the walls and how many panels make up your stand.

We can provide you with printed graphic panels made to the exact specification of your shell scheme walling which can be attached using hook fastener or steel/magnetic tape. At the end of your event or exhibition, the panels can simply be removed. Shell scheme panels provide a space saving solution to exhibition branding as they do not take up any floor space.

Choose from two graphic materials: Rollable PVC, which can be rolled up for ease of transport or a 3.8mm Dispa corrugated card, which offers an eco-friendly and cheaper alternative if you're looking to buy larger quantities.

If you are using a table, or plan to have the bottom half of your panel covered, then you could choose to use a half graphic to save the cost of printing a complete panel – this option is available for foam boards and can be a way of cost saving. Shell scheme panel sizes

Shell scheme panel sizes vary depending on the exhibition – panels are approximately 2340mm high by 950mm wide, and the width may vary from between 900mm and 1000mm.

When you book your space, you will be given a specifications document that will contain the exact details of the size of your shell scheme. It will include the overall shell scheme size and the number of individual panels. If you provide us with this specifications document, we will happily calculate the exact size and number of panels needed.

Product use

We recommend our shell scheme graphic panels to those wanting to create a graphic backdrop on their exhibition stand walling system without the need for freestanding display equipment.
These panels are particularly useful on small stands as they take up no additional floor space.

Set up

Assembly is quick and simple for both Card and PVC panels.

When purchasing your graphics, we’ll ask you about the shell scheme cladding system that has been booked – this information will be provided to you by the event organiser.

Depending on the wall system used by the event, we can recommend the most appropriate attachment system.

Expoloop Fabric

If the event uses an expoloop fabric, we can add hook fasteners to the back of your display which will then hold onto the fabric walls. To remove, the graphic is simply pulled gently away.

Foam Board

If the event uses foam boards, then we can either supply both the hook and loop fasteners so that it can be attached to the boards using the sticky adhesive tape.

Removing the graphic would then just leave the loop fasteners attached to the wall. Magnetic tape could also be used in this situation to attach to the walls and will depend on the preference of the event organiser.

Storage is then simple for PVC panels that can be rolled away. Foam boards will need to be stored flat and not bent or rolled as this could cause damage.
