Hanging displays are a great way of making sure that your brand or custom message is seen in a busy exhibition hall or retail environment.

If you have a space-only stand in a venue, or any free space that supports hanging structures, a hanging display sign can help maximise brand exposure.

What’s more, the simple push fit frame means assembly takes no longer than 15 minutes.

To be able to use hanging signs at your trade show, you will need to make sure that you have the event organiser’s permission to hang a structure above your exhibition stand.

Questions to ask your event organiser about hanging structures:

• Can I use a hanging display on my stand?
• Is there a maximum height that my hanging sign can be displayed at?
• What are the maximum dimensions / weight that can be supported for hanging structures?
• How much clearance should be left from adjacent stands from my hanging structure?
• Do you need to approve the use of my hanging signs before the event?
• Do they need to see the proposed structure design?
• What suspension cables are compatible with your hanging system? These will need to be purchased separately as different venues will have different requirements.

It’s also worth considering how you can re-use your hanging structure for multiple events.

Make sure your hanging structure is appropriately sized to fit all event spaces to help increase your ROI by not having to reinvest in an alternative size.

Quick and simple assembly

Preparing for an exhibition can prove stressful at times… but assembling one of our hanging signs is straightforward and hassle free.

The framework comprises of lightweight numbered tubes that push and click together with ease – meaning your structure can be created in minutes. The fabric graphic is then pulled over the structure to fit like a sock.

Tension is created in your fabric display by fastening closed with a zip. Your complete fabric hanging sign frame is then attached to the ceiling using the venue’s support system.

Not only are our fabric hanging displays quick to assemble, they’re incredibly easy to care for.  

Should your graphics need a clean, our printed fabric graphics can be machine washed without the design being damaged.

We print your design into the fabric rather than on top of it using a process called dye sublimation. This means that your design won’t crack or fade over time, leaving it looking as good as new for longer.

If you don’t have print-ready artwork for your hanging display sign, then we can help with our in-house graphics team.

Our in-house graphics technicians are able to take your idea and turn it into a reality. All you have to do is send us your logo and a brief with what you’d like your design to look like – including any pantone references you need the design to follow.

We will then create a design for you, sending you a proof to approve before printing. Artworking services start from £50.
