Custom Printed Tablecloths for Exhibitions, Trade Shows and Events
Our custom printed tablecloths are designed for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and product launches - anywhere you need a professional branded table display that does more than just cover the surface.
Unlike logo-only tablecloths, our rectangular tablecloth is fully printed edge to edge. We start with white 210gsm polyester fabric and print the entire cloth to your design - so whether you’re submitting a logo on a solid brand colour or a full photographic design, the finished tablecloth will match exactly what you’ve specified.
Printed using dye-sublimation technology, the ink is pressed directly into the fibres of the fabric rather than sitting on the surface. This means the print won’t crack, peel or fade - and the tablecloth can be machine washed at 30°C and returned to your next event looking as good as new.
Available in three sizes to fit standard 4ft, 6ft and 8ft trestle tables. Custom sizes are available on request - contact us to discuss your requirements.
What Your Price Covers
The price shown is for the finished, fully printed tablecloth. It includes:
- The 210gsm polyester tablecloth
- Full-colour dye-sublimation printing across the whole cloth, including the front, top and sides
- A pre-flight check on your artwork before we print
We do not charge based on the number of colours in your design or how much of the cloth it covers. A single logo on a solid brand colour costs exactly the same as a full photographic design.
Supplying your own print-ready artwork is free. Only our optional artwork services, detailed below, are charged separately.
Supply Your Own Artwork — Included in the Price
If you already have print-ready artwork, or you can prepare it using our template, there is no artwork charge.
- "I have print-ready artwork — upload after checkout" — choose this option if your file is ready now. See how you can send your print-ready artwork here.
- "I'll send my print-ready artwork within 3 working days" — choose this option if your design is still being finalised. Place your order now and send the file when it is ready. Please note your dispatch timescale will begin from the day we receive your artwork and proof signed off.
We run a pre-flight check on every file and will contact you before printing if we spot a problem.
Tablecloth Artwork Assistance
Need help preparing the artwork for your custom tablecloth?
We offer two convenient services:
Logo Placement & Colour Selection (+£10)
If you have a logo and a background colour in mind but don’t have print-ready artwork, choose this option.
- How to order: Select "Place my logo for me (+£10)" from the 'Artwork' selection above before adding the tablecloth to your basket.
- After ordering: Please email your logo file and your preferred background colour choice (CMYK code) to artwork@marlerhaley.co.uk.
- Next steps: Our team will create a visual proof and email it to you for approval before we proceed with printing. This service includes one minor amendment.
Custom Artwork Service
Choose this if you need a more involved design — multiple logos, added text, graphic elements, or a bespoke layout built from your brief.
- How to order: Contact our team with your requirements. We will confirm the cost and send you a secure payment link.
- After ordering: Send us your brief, ideas and brand assets. We will produce a visual proof for approval before your tablecloth goes to print.
