Custom Printed Tablecloths with Your Logo for Exhibitions, Trade Shows and Events
Our custom printed tablecloths turn a plain trestle table into a branded table display for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and product launches.
Unlike logo-only table covers, this rectangular tablecloth is printed edge to edge. We start with white 210gsm polyester and print the whole cloth to your design. Whether you send a single logo on a solid brand colour or a full photographic design, the finished tablecloth matches what you've specified.

How We Print Your Tablecloth
We use dye-sublimation printing, which presses the ink into the fibres of the fabric rather than leaving it on the surface. Your print won't crack, peel or fade. You can machine wash the tablecloth at 30°C and take it to your next event looking as good as new.
What Your Price Covers
The price shown is for the finished, fully printed tablecloth. It includes:
- The 210gsm polyester tablecloth
- Full-colour dye-sublimation printing across the whole cloth, including the front, top and sides
- A pre-flight check on your artwork before we print
There is no charge per colour or by print coverage. A single logo on a solid brand colour costs the same as a full photographic design. Supplying your own print-ready artwork is free. Only the optional artwork services below are charged.
Supply Your Own Artwork – Included in the Price
If you have print-ready artwork, or can prepare it using our template, there is no artwork charge.

- "I'll send my print-ready artwork within 3 working days": choose this if your design is still being finalised. Your dispatch time starts when we receive your artwork and you sign off the proof.
We pre-flight check every file and will contact you before printing if we spot a problem.

Logo Placement and Colour Selection (+£10)
Choose this if you have a logo and a background colour in mind.
- How to order: select "Place my logo for me (+£10)" under Artwork before adding the tablecloth to your basket.
- After ordering: email your logo file and preferred background colour (CMYK code) to artwork@marlerhaley.co.uk.
- Next steps: we'll email a visual proof for approval before printing. One minor amendment is included.
Custom Artwork Service
Choose this for a more involved design, such as multiple logos, added text, graphics or a bespoke layout from your brief.

- After ordering: send your brief, ideas and brand assets. We'll produce a visual proof for approval before your tablecloth goes to print.

Pre-flight checks are made on every file, and any issues are raised before printing. Please check your artwork carefully, as its accuracy is your responsibility. We ask for high-resolution files, ideally in their native format. Download our artwork specification for full details.
Washing and Care
Machine wash at 30°C and do not tumble dry. Iron on a cool setting on the reverse of the cloth. For best results, dress the tablecloth on the table rather than folding it after ironing.
