Sizes and styles: Our branded tablecloths come in a range of sizes to suit your setup. Standard options include 4ft, 6ft and 8ft tablecloths, designed for the rectangular trestle tables commonly used at events. Custom sizes are also available on request. Whether you want a fully draped look or partial coverage at the back for easier access, there's a style to suit your table.

Quality and fabric: Crafted from 210gsm 100% polyester with a satin finish, our table covers offer a professional, high-quality appearance. They're colourfast and washable, with hemmed edges for lasting durability.

Colour options: We can print any background colour and match it to your brand, with the exception of neon and metallic shades, which cannot be reproduced using dye-sublimation printing. Use a branded tablecloth on its own as a backdrop for your literature, or pair it with roller banners or display boards for a complete branded display.

Choose a table runner if you already have a plain cloth and want to add branding without replacing it, or if budget is a consideration. A runner is the more economical choice.

Choose from two tablecloth fits:

1. Standard: The most common option, with a loose fit that drapes over the edges of your table.
2. Stretch-fit: Made from super-stretch polyester that pulls tightly over the table and underneath the legs, creating a smooth, fully branded finish that stays securely in place.

Accidents happen at events, so every tablecloth we make is hand-finished for durability, machine washable and suitable for cool ironing.

Machine washing:

• Use a gentle cycle at 30°C to keep your tablecloth looking fresh.
• Avoid harsh detergents and use a mild detergent instead.

Spot cleaning:

• For small marks, use warm water and a mild detergent.
• Always spot-test in an inconspicuous area first to make sure the colour and material aren't affected.

Thanks to our dye-sublimation printing process, the design won't crack or peel during cleaning, helping your tablecloth retain its vibrant finish event after event.

Branded tablecloths can make a stylish addition to an outdoor setup, but they're primarily designed for indoor environments. If you're planning to use one outside:

• Weather: Use them outdoors only in fair conditions, as they aren't designed for strong winds, heavy rain or intense UV exposure.
• Occasional use: An occasional picnic, fete or garden event in good weather is fine, but be prepared to bring the tablecloth inside if conditions change.
