Frequently asked questions
Can I add branding to a counter?
Yes, you can add branding to every exhibition counter. Some counters have a full printed graphic that hides the supporting structure, while others can be branded with signs that attach to the outside. We also offer plain fabric options for a versatile, professional look like an unbranded reception desk.
Can portable counters support the weight of a computer?
Some portable counters can support the full weight of a PC and heavier objects. Optional cable holes and keyboard shelves can be added to many models to create a computer workstation. If you have a specific weight requirement, please call us to discuss suitable options.
Can items be secured within a counter?
Items can be secured inside many of our counters. We offer optional internal shelves for selected counters.
Which exhibition counters have lockable storage?
Several of our counters offer lockable storage. The IllumiLOCK LED Lightbox Exhibition Counter combines a bright backlit graphic with two lockable rear doors, so you get illuminated branding and secure storage in one unit. The Lockable Fabric Exhibition Counter offers a lockable internal shelf behind a fabric graphic. Both keep laptops, stock, literature and personal belongings safely out of sight during a show.
How quickly will my exhibition counter arrive?
Despatch times vary by product, so check the individual product page for its lead time. However, most exhibition counters are despatched within 3–5 working days of receiving print-ready artwork and your approval of the print proof. If you have an urgent deadline, call us on 0800 072 7742 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can exhibition counters be used outdoors?
Most of our exhibition counters are designed for indoor use. Some models may be suitable for sheltered outdoor areas. We recommend contacting us for advice if you plan to use a counter outside or within a marquee setting. LED and battery-powered counters are for indoor use only.
