Stretch Fabric Backwall

The Stretch Fabric Display Wall - Straight is a versatile straight-format stretch fabric backwall designed for exhibitions, trade shows, events, and branded environments. Featuring a lightweight tubular aluminium frame and a 260gsm dye-sublimation printed stretch fabric graphic, it delivers a clean, seamless backdrop that enhances brand visibility without the bulk of traditional pop-up display systems.

Available in eight widths from 1m to 6m - including 1m and 1.5m sizes not available in any other backwall display in this range - this is one of the most flexible straight fabric backwall options available. Whether you need a compact photo backdrop, a 3m exhibition stand backwall, or a 6m sponsor wall, this display scales to your space.

Frame & Construction

The frame is constructed from strong yet lightweight tubular aluminium with a numbered connector system. Numbered stickers on each piece guide assembly in the correct order, reducing setup time and eliminating guesswork on-site. The frame snaps together without the need for additional tools and can be assembled by one person in approximately 10 minutes; two people are recommended for widths of 3m and above.

Fabric Graphic

The 260gsm Display/Stretch Polyester fabric graphic is printed using dye-sublimation on a VUTEk FabriVU 340, delivering rich, vibrant colours with a sharp, high-resolution finish that performs consistently under exhibition hall lighting. The graphic is designed as a sleeve that slides over the assembled frame and is secured at the base with a discreet zip fastening to create even, crease-free tension across the full display surface.

Printing is available single-sided, with a printed front and white reverse, or double-sided, giving you complete flexibility for displays visible from both sides. The fabric is machine washable at 30°C, making it straightforward to maintain between events. Replacement graphics are available to order separately - simply slide the new graphic onto your existing frame hardware.

Portability & Storage

The frame hardware packs down into a compact carry bag included with every order. At 5.1kg for the 1m size through to 11.7kg for the 6m, the smaller sizes are genuinely one-person portable, while the larger widths are manageable with two people.

Set up

Assembly Instructions

The Stretch Fabric Display Wall – Straight can be assembled by one person in approximately 10 minutes. Two people are recommended for widths of 3m and above, particularly when fitting the fabric graphic.

  1. Snap together the frame pieces using the indicated number stickers, matching each piece to its corresponding numbered partner.
  2. Fit the fabric graphic. Using the included gloves, slide the graphic sleeve over the top of the assembled frame. Important: to achieve a smooth finish along the edges, apply the graphic twisted approximately 30–50mm to the left or right before pulling it down. Slowly pull the graphic towards the bottom of the frame — at this point part of the rear graphic will appear on the front, or vice versa. Once the graphic is pulled as far down as possible, grip both sides of the frame and twist the graphic back into the correct position.
  3. Fasten the zip under the bottom edge of the frame to create and maintain tension across the full graphic surface.

To dismantle, unzip the graphic and slide it off the frame. Disconnect the frame pieces in reverse order and pack into the carry bag.
