Use & Maintenance
Safe Use
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the deckchair
- This product is not a play structure and must only be used for its intended purpose
- Use on a firm, flat and level surface only — do not use on sloped or uneven ground
- Do not use in strong or gusty winds, and do not leave unattended outdoors
- When used outdoors, always secure using the included ground anchors or weighted sandbags (available at extra cost)
- Keep at least 2.5 metres away from open flames, heaters and other heat sources
- Do not place hot objects or chemical substances on the deckchair
Inspection & Structural Care
- Before each use, check that all screws, beams and connections are secure and undamaged
- Check all fixings regularly and tighten as needed
- Do not use the product if any part is damaged or loose
- Avoid repeated assembly and disassembly, as this may weaken the structure over time
- Take care to avoid scratches, impacts or mechanical damage to the frame
Fabric Care
- Removable and machine washable at 40°C
- Clean between uses with a damp cloth — do not use pressure washers or harsh chemicals
- Water-resistant but not waterproof — avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain
Wood Care
- Frame is factory-treated for outdoor use
- Reapply wood protection treatment annually to maintain durability and appearance
- Avoid exposing painted wooden surfaces to excessive heat, which may cause discolouration or damage to the finish
Storage
- Store in a dry, covered area when not in use
- Ensure the product is completely dry before storing — storing wet may cause mould or material damage
