Our Bollard Covers, also known as Toblerone signs, pillar covers, or bollard boxes, offer an affordable and effective way to promote your brand in car parks and pedestrian areas. Available with three or four sides, they provide maximum visibility from all angles.

High-Quality Construction

Made from 4mm Correx Fluted Board with vertical flutes for added strength and stability, our Bollard Covers are lightweight yet durable. Each cover is machine-cut and precisely creased using our Zund cutting machines to ensure a perfect fit and clean finish.

Vibrant, Direct-to-Board Printing

Graphics are printed directly onto the board using a VUTEk h5 printers, delivering sharp, vibrant colors that stand out in any environment. Assembly takes just seconds with the interlocking mechanism – no adhesive tape required – making them easy to dismantle and reuse without damage.

Custom Sizing Available

Our standard sizes are based on cylindrical bollards, using the diameter of the widest point. For cuboid bollards or bespoke sizes, please contact us with the following details:

• Number of sides
• Width of each side (or the diameter of the object’s widest point)
• Height of the cover

Our standard maximum size for Fluted Board is 1200mm wide, including a 96.5mm allowance for interlocking tabs. Larger sizes may be possible with Correx sheets – contact us for more information.
