How It Works
Lift the folded frame and the self-folding structure opens by itself - no tools, no loose components. Clip on the support, attach the pre-fitted graphic and drop the laminated top into place. Press the side button to light it up, and check the charge display by the feet to see how long you’ve got. Recharge in around 5 hours between uses and it’s ready to go again.

Important Usage Information
This product is designed for indoor use only. The printed fabric graphic and rechargeable battery must not be exposed to direct sunlight, rain, moisture or outdoor weather conditions. Do not deploy or operate the counter outdoors.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the battery last on one charge?
The counter’s edge lighting runs for up to 24 hours on a full charge - comfortably enough for two full exhibition days without recharging. Brightness is highest with a full battery, at up to 4,160 lux, and gradually reduces over an extended period of use.
Does it have to be plugged in?
No. In battery mode, the counter is completely cordless, so it can be positioned anywhere on your stand or in the exhibition hall without needing a nearby socket.
It can also be powered from the mains using the supplied lead if you prefer.
How do I switch the lighting on and check the battery?
A button on the side of the frame switches the lighting on and off. A percentage display at the base, near the feet, shows how much charge remains so you can plan when to recharge.
How long does it take to charge?
A full charge takes around 5 hours. Once charged, the counter is ready for a full day - or up to two exhibition days - of use.
Can I charge my phone on it?
Yes. The laminated worktop has a built-in wireless charging pad. Simply place a compatible phone on the marked area to top it up while you work on the stand.
How quickly does it set up?
The self-folding pop-up frame opens on its own as you lift it, with no tools or separate parts required. Add the support and printed graphic, and it is ready to use in just a couple of minutes.
Can I reuse it for different campaigns?
Yes. The structure is fully reusable. Simply swap the fabric graphic for a new print before your next launch or event while keeping the same frame and battery. A print-only replacement is available.
Can it be used outdoors?
No. This is an indoor product with an IP20 rating, designed for temporary exhibition use. Keep the print and battery out of direct sunlight and away from damp or wet conditions.
Is there anything I should know about the magnets?
The frame contains strong magnets. As a precaution, anyone with a pacemaker or medical implant should keep at least 15 cm away from the frame.
