  • Lighting Considerations: For optimal results, avoid placing the banner under strong lighting from behind or above to prevent visibility of the frame through the fabric.
  • Care Instructions: Graphics can be machine washed at 30°C without detergents. Ensure the fabric is completely dry before use or storage.

Artwork Guidelines for Stretch Tension Fabric Premium Banner

These templates will help you create your design at the correct size, shape, and proportion for the Stretch Tension Fabric Premium Banner and are set up at 20% scale of full size.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork must be supplied:

  • Including both pages (even if they are the same design). (Applicable only to double-sided graphics)
  • With any fonts outlined
  • With any images embedded
  • Including the document bleed
  • With any template elements (such as lines, boxes, and markings) removed
  • As either PDF (preferred), AI, or EPS format

Considerations

  • Our thread colours are black or white. Our sewists will choose the most appropriate colour to complement your graphic.
  • Currently, the dye-sublimation process does not allow for the use of Pantone colours. Any Pantone colours must either be converted to (or replaced with) CMYK colours before supplying your print-ready file.

Our in-house graphic experts will check all artwork for quality and will raise any concerns before printing. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your artwork.

We ask for high resolution files to make sure your design is the best it can be, ideally in their native format (PDF/EPS/AI/QXD). Download our artwork specification for full details.

Set up

Assembly Instructions

  1. Assemble the Frame:

    Connect the frame pieces by matching and snapping together the sections using the numbered stickers for guidance.

  2. Fit the Graphic:
    • Put on the included gloves to prevent smudges or damage during handling.
    • Slide the fabric graphic over the frame, ensuring a smooth fit. To avoid uneven edges caused by the internal hems, start by twisting the graphic slightly (30-50mm) to the left or right.
    • Gradually pull the graphic down to the base of the frame. At this stage, you might notice part of the rear graphic appearing on the front, or vice-versa.
    • Once the graphic is pulled down fully, grip both sides of the frame and twist the graphic into the correct position for a perfect finish.
  3. Secure the Graphic:

    Close the zip under the bottom edge of the frame to maintain tension and a professional look.

  4. Attach to the Base:

    Use the provided allen key to secure the frame to the base, ensuring it is stable and ready for use.
